White Space at Top of Webpage

on my main PC and a laptop I’m still getting a big white space at the top of all the webpages (above the ribbon menu) instead of the Exmouth image. However, on another laptop I do get the Exmouth image.
On the PC/Laptop where it doesn’t work, when I open the image alone it shows a black screen with a white dot in the middle.
Any idea what’s going on? Is something being blocked for some reason? As I say, I haven’t encountered this problem with any other websites.
